Return Window

In-store purchases: Eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of purchase date.

Shipped/online orders: Eligible for return within 15 days of the delivery date.

Delivery dates are based on USPS/UPS/FedEx tracking information.

Returns requested after 15 days cannot be accepted.
Refunds

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

All approved returns will be issued as in-store credit.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged in-store within the 15-day window with a receipt.

Exchanges are subject to availability.

If an exchange is not available, store credit will be provided.
Online & Shipped Orders

Online purchases may be returned for store credit only.

Items may be shipped back or returned in-store within 15 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Item Condition
All items must be returned:

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

Free of smoke, perfume, makeup, deodorant, or damage

With original tags attached
Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged or incorrect for replacement or store credit.

Items must be unworn with tags attached.
